Abstract

Ultrafast 2D IR vibrational echo chemical exchange spectroscopy is described. The measurements enable observation of molecule processes under thermal equilibrium conditions. Applications to molecular isomerization, hydrogen bond dynamics, and proteins structural substate switching are presented.
