Non-Scanning Two-Photon Microscopy for Imaging in Live Cells

Abstract

Live cell imaging with two-photon microscopy is limited by the scanning necessary to construct an image. We describe the application of two-photon excitation used in a total internal reflection configuration that does not require scanning.
