Ultrafast molecular dynamics with high-harmonic soft x-rays

Abstract

High order harmonics of a Ti:Sapphire laser are used for molecular dynamics studies by time-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy and transient absorption. With few cycle carrier-envelope stabilized pulses the formation of attosecond pulses is investigated.
