Single Shot Measurement of Field-Free Rotational Revivals with Spectral Interferometry

Abstract

We demonstrate single-shot measurement of rotational revivals in CO2 with spectral interferometry. In contrast to other single-shot techniques available, it allows measurement and reconstruction of rotational wave packets without the requirement of birefringence.
