Nonreciprocal and Control THz Components Based on Planar Graphene Structures

Abstract

Different types of circulators, switches and nonreciprocal power dividers are discussed. The components consist of a magnetized planar graphene structure and waveguides connected to it. They have small dimensions, large bandwidths and good electrical parameters.
