Interferometric Autocorrelation of an Ultrafast optical pulse Using an Electrically Focus Tunable Lens (EFTL)

Abstract

We implement an interferometric autocorrelation of a femtosecond optical pulse using an Electrically Focus Tunable Lens (EFTL). In this approach we eliminated the need of a mechanical translation stage, with an impressive resolution of 0.23 fs.
