Nonlinear Optical Response of colloidal silver nanoparticles biosynthesized

Abstract

The nonlinear refractive index of silver nanoparticles in colloidal solution was measured. Nanoparticles were synthesized trought a plant extract. Z-scan curves were reproduced with a model that takes into account the nonlocality of the nonlinear response.
