A comparative study of Quantum Dots sensitized TiO2 solar cells prepared by SILAR and electrophoresis method

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Multisensitized configurations as PbS/CdS/ZnS and CdS/Bi2S3/Zns prepared by different chemical methods were analyzed obtaining a photoconversion efficiencies (n) of 5.0% and 2.52% respectively. In this paper, a detailed analysis of charge transport on both configurations is presented. Article not available.
