Surface-Plasmon-Polariton Propagation at the Interface of Magnetized Materials

Abstract

We investigate the plasmonic modes of two-layer structures where metal and dielectric parts are significantly affected by an external magnetization. Numerical analysis of the dispersion equation shows enhanced phase shifting between forward and backward waves.
