Kinetic Studies of HO2 Radical in a Photolysis Reactor Using Faraday Rotation Spectroscopy

Abstract

Using a digitally-balanced detection scheme, we perform Faraday Rotation Spectroscopy at 7.2 µm to measure HO2 formation in a photolysis reactor. Fuel concentration and gas temperature are also quantified in the same laser spectroscopic setup.
