Digital Holographic Projection Tomography for Micrometric Vegetal Fibers: Limiting Factors

Abstract

This paper discusses a method for projection tomography, based on digital holographic microscopy. The approach is applied to the 3D shape measurement of vegetal fibers. Experimental results obtained with a flax fiber are provided and the main limiting factors to apply this methodology are discussed.
