Multiple Emission Line Elemental Analysis of LIBS Plasmas for Improved Measurement Accuracy

Abstract

Current LIBS methods for interpreting relative elemental abundance result in large errors in accuracy due to varying plasma temperature. To alleviate this issue, a theoretical algorithm is proposed using multiple emission lines per element.
