MIR-Evanescent-Field Spectroscopy for Environmental Analysis

Abstract

Evanescent-field spectroscopy in the mid-infrared (MIR) spectral range is applied for online and in-situ gas detection. Tunable MIR laser radiation is generated by difference frequency generation of two single mode diode lasers in AgGaS2.
