Abstract

The availability of ultrashort pulse laser sources enables the implementation of drilling and cutting applications in the semiconductor industry. For this it is necessary to guide and shape the laser beam with highest accuracy, shown in this paper. Furthermore it is presented to position the components to be machined precisely and reproducibly.
