Self-Swept Holmium-Doped Fiber Laser near 2100 nm

Abstract

Self-sweeping of laser wavelength corresponding to holmium emission near 2100 nm is reported for the first time. The sweeping occurred in ~4 nm interval with rate ~0.7 nm/s and was registered by FTIR spectrometer.
