Abstract

Guided-mode-resonance (GMR) biosensors have attracted increasing attention for bio-medical detection and chemical analysis [1, 2]. Higher sensitivity and lower detection limit are necessary for biosensors to achieve sensitive detection for practical applications. Here we investigate the effect of waveguide layer thickness on the sensitivity of injection-molded GMR biosensors.
