Abstract

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a powerful analytical tool for sensitive and selective detection of chemical and biological molecules adsorbed on metallic nano-surface. We reported that the metallic nano-surface was prepared by self-assembling method of silver nano-particles with oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion[1]. The metallic nano-surface provides stable SERS spectrum with the enhancement factor (EF) ~ 106. Here, we report the power of the excitation laser changes shape of SERS spectra of p-aminothiophenol (p-ATP).
