Optically tuned optical properties of ferroelectric superlattice by THz spectroscopy

Abstract

Optical properties of ferroelectric superlattice film with different optical powers were characterized by THz spectroscopy. Tunability of transmission could be tuned by 90.1%. Refractive index and absorption coefficient was also varied along with it.
