Abstract

We report the efficient broadband terahertz (THz) radiation in the metallic ferromagnetic W/CoFeB/Pt trilayer heterostructures, upon irradiation of a femtosecond laser pulse, which can be interpreted by a non-local spin current pulses based on inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE).
