Abstract

In the 2.52 Terahertz (THz) off-axis digital holography system, obstruction model as to the occlusion of the reference light is established, according to the performance and structure parameters of the Pyrocam III pyroelectric array camera. And we use a 0.2 mm resolution test chart as the imaging target. We have simulated out the reconstructed image when the reference light is partly sheltered by the front panel which is 15 mm away from the CCD photosensitive plane, and the diameter of the aperture on the front panel is about 25 mm. Besides, we have made a comparison between the images in the case of the light is sheltered or not. The results show that, when the reference light is partly sheltered, a rectangle area of the image which is 7.7 mm in length and 7.5 mm in width, can reach the resolution of 0.2 mm.
