Moisture Content Determination of Polyethylene by Using Terahertz Time-domain Spectroscopy

Abstract

The moisture content of polyethylene powder mixed with different percentages of water was determined by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The relationship between moisture content and terahertz dielectric properties was explained by using effective medium theory.
