Abstract

The electromagnetic (EM) response of natural materials forms the basis for the construction of most modern optoelectronic devices. However, the EM response is not equally distributed across the EM spectrum, especially in terahertz (THz) region, there exists comparatively devoid of material response. Although much effort has been made in developing suitable THz functional devices, there are still lots of work to do. Currently, more and more interest is focused on studying THz metamaterial absorber (MMA).
