Impact of Variability on RRAM-based Logic Operation

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Tolerance of switching voltage and resistance variation on the IMPLY, AND and OR operations of RRAM-based logic computing are given respectively. Quantitative relations of switching voltage variation to resistance variation on these operations are given.
