High performance flash image recorder with flexible reliability

Abstract

A high capacity NandFlash image recorder with SRAM array backup and dual bus storage structure is proposed. Based on the invalid block and error correcting method, different operation mode with matched flexible reliability method is adapted. Experiments show the system structure can ensure the continuous storage speed when the reliability is fixed.
