Improvement of closed-loop wavefront correction performance in an adaptive optics system

Abstract

A hybrid adaptive optics system containing a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor and a deflectometiy system is presented. Results show that the optimization method used in the system could help improve closed-loop wavefront correction performance.
