Abstract

We present a fluorescence-photoacoustic pharmacokinetic tomography framework for RBF-level-set based reconstruction algorithms for pre-cancer diagnosis. Numerical results using a two-compartment pharmacokinetic model in a Gauss-Newton filter scheme validate the proposed algorithm in 2D test cases.
