Infrared Monolithic Double Diffractive Kinoform Doublet Coupled Design Model - Improvements and Material Growth Experiments

Abstract

The coupled physical and phase ray-trace model for monolithic double diffractive doublets for optical design is modified to reduce residual errors. Initial “thick” material growth experiments results detailed. OCIS codes: (050.0050) Diffraction and gratings; (220.0220) Optical design and fabrication.
