Total aberrations compensation for digital holographic microscopy with geometrical transformations

Abstract

We propose a total aberrations compensation method for digital holographic microscopy with geometrical transformations. The rotation transformation with 180° and reflection transformation can be used for compensating the off-axis tilt and parabolic phase aberration, respectively.
