Quasi-Dome: A Self-Calibrated High-NA LED Illuminator for Fourier Ptychography

Abstract

We demonstrate an inexpensive programmable color LED array illuminator with 0.98 numerical aperture (NA), coupled with an auto-calibration procedure, to enable a simple and efficient setup for high-angle Fourier Ptychography in a commercial microscope.
