The Derivative Matrices of Optical Path Length

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

A methodology is proposed to determine the first- and second-order derivative matrices of OPL for an optical system. It can provide an ideal basis for automatic optical system design applications in which the merit function is defined in terms of wavefront aberration.
