Emittance of fast particles generated by intense ultra-short laser pulses on an inhomogeneous plasma foil target of different materials and thickness

Abstract

The experiments and simulations of fast particles production by an ultra- short laser pulse at intensity ≤ 1.11019 W/cm2 interacting with a foil target of different materials and thickness were performed. The angular distributions of the ejected fast particles were detected in experiments and calculated.
