Abstract

Femtosecond degenerate four-wave mixing (FWM) is a powerful technique for studying the ultrafast nonlinearities and the fast relaxation processes of the optical phase coherence in semiconductors [1] However, most experiments have been performed at the excitonic resonance for multiple quantum well structures or thin epilayers.[2,3]
