Abstract

Electro-Optic film waveguide device, such as switches, modulators and splitters, are important components in integrated circuits. They are many configurations actting as different functions, such as total internal reflection optical switch[1], X-type modulators[2], type devices[3]. Because they have great advantages compared with bulk optics counterparts, for example, large frequency bandwidth, low energy consumption, high switch rate and so on.
