Abstract

Velocity modulation detection employed with color center and diode lasers was used to study IR spectra of negative (OH⁻, ${\text{NH}}_2^{-}$) and positive (H₃O⁺, ${\text{NH}}_4^{+}$, CF⁺, HNN⁺) ions, Far-IR laser techniques have been used to study OH⁺, H₂O⁺, and ArH⁺. Details will be discussed.
