Integrated Calibration-Free Scannable Structured Light for Fast High-Resolution LiDAR

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We demonstrate an integrated scanning technique using structured light, which combines features of flash and scanning LiDAR. A tunable, scalable and calibration-free SiN structured light generator is demonstrated with a 0.3° × 0.3° spot divergence.
