Dielectric metasurfaces as mirrors for Fabry-Perot cavities integrated into hollow-core waveguides

Abstract

We propose integrating Fabry-Perot cavity into hollow-core waveguides with photonic-crystal slabs acting as dielectric metasurfaces forming the mirrors. We predict achieving the strong-coupling cQED regime and present preliminary fabrication results.
