Scanless Hyperspectral Raman Imaging (HSRI) by Active-Illumination for SERS-based Multiplexed Molecular Imaging

Abstract

We present hyperspectral Raman imaging for collecting Raman spectra from ~500 diffraction limited pixel within 1 second without mechanical scanning, from 100×100 µm2 field of view, which is applicable to multiplexed molecular imaging using SERS-tags.
