Multiplexed Gas Sensing with arrayed SOI microring resonators

Abstract

We demonstrate a compact resonator-based integrated optical sensor for the detection of volatile organic compounds (VOC) with high resolution. On-chip reference is employed to compensate for environmental effects and laser instabilities to achieve high accuracy.
