Fast, reduced order full-wave FEM analysis of broadband traveling-wave electrooptical modulators

Abstract

A novel reduced-order technique based on the singular value decomposition has been applied to the full-wave FEM analysis of electrooptical modulators. Drastic CPU-time reduction without sacrifying accuracy is achieved.
