Integrated Polymeric Photonic Devices for RF and Phased Array Applications

Abstract

New tailored chromophores have been developed that greatly improve the nonlinearity of polymeric Devices. Based upon this technology new photonic microwave phase shifters, phased array radars, and optical A to D converters have been fabricated.
