Abstract

Corning 7059 glass films were deposited onto 1mm Pyrex glass substrates by rf sputtering using gas mixture of Ar and O2. Corona discharge for poling the glass films was used between a tungsten wire and the electrically grounded Pyrex glass substrates apart 10 mm each other. The poling was carried out for five hours at room temperature and at 150 °C.
