Abstract

Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) based on InGaAsP are attractive for implementing WDM filters, but achieving absolute wavelength reproducibility on the order of a few  and low polarization dependence is still an important challenge. We present a frequency referencing PIC implementing 10 narrowly spaced frequency filters with low polarization sensitivity and improved wavelength reproducibility.
