Temperature Stability of a CMOS-compatible Single-arm Microring Optical Filter with MOS Cross-section

Abstract

We introduce the numerical analysis of the temperature stability of a single-arm microring that has a MOS rib-waveguide cross-section with 25.5μm radius of curvature. The temperature coefficient of the resonant wavelength was found to be 0.088nm/°C.
