Widely tunable multiwavelength Brillouin-Erbium fiber laser by optimizing self-lasing cavity modes oscillation

Abstract

Up to 25 channels with a simple structure have been achieved at -19-dBm Brillouin pump (BP) power by optimizing self-lasing cavity modes oscillation. The multiwavelength Brillouin-Erbium fiber laser (MBEFL) can tune 50 nm at BP power of 5 dBm.
