Abstract

Аn optical system of new objective is described. It will be used in laser interferometer for testing the shape of convex spherical surfaces. The objective consists of 600 mm diam concave elliptical mirror and 70 mm diameter planoconcave lens. The lens can be displaced along the optical axis of objective within the 140 mm length. Also the lens can be removed or turned off from optical system. As a result objective forms homocentric beam. The beam top is disposed on distance from 3000 mm to 8000 mm from elliptical mirror. Residual aberration of spherical wavefront don`t exceed 0.1 of a helium-neon laser wavelength. Radiuses of testing convex spherical surfaces are 2000 mm to 7000 mm.
