Catadioptric Interferometer for Testing Form of Flat Mirrors

Abstract

The purpose of this work consists in developing and calculation of the optical scheme of the interferometer of Fizeau type for testing form of flat mirrors in diameter up to 1m. In a measuring branch of the interferometer there is an afocal two-mirror system. Novelty of design consists of absence of spiders which are used in two-mirror system constructions for fastening of a secondary mirror.
