Measuring correlated photon pairs with an EMCCD camera

Abstract

The multiple pixels and high quantum efficiency of EMCCD cameras make them an attractive technology for quantum optics. We use such a camera to measure correlations present in the two-photon field generated by parametric down-conversion.
