Entangled Photon Spectroscopy and Communications Based on Semiconductor Two-Photon Process

Abstract

We propose an entanglement-based scheme for spectroscopy and communications consisting of semiconductor two-photon emission entanglement source and two-photon absorption low-noise infrared detector having linear dependence and thus highly efficient for entangled photon pairs.
