Abstract

Analytic determination of the 3D PSF of a tomosynthetic image volume allows ns to solve the ill-posed inverse problem of recovering an image volume from a nonspecific orientation of projection views. We apply a nonlinear iterative 3D technique with nonnegativity constraints to restore these inherently blurred images from tuned-aperture reconstructed volumes.
