Abstract

We demonstrated high flux table-top 220eV HHG source (>109 photons/s/1% bandwidth) driven directly by a <20fs, 10mJ, kHz Yb laser amplifier system. Resonant magnetic diffraction of Terbium N-edge at 155eV is performed first time using this soft-x-ray source.
